You mentioned Pyridoxine HCL dosing, but is P-6-P a better suppliment for B6 and does it work better for reducing oxylates than just the HCL form of B6?

    Thanks

      Dr. Hartman,
Actually, according to Bill Shaw, Ph.D. vitamin B6 is actually preferred. I am having a hard time finding the reference for this. It came through on a newsletter I had seen a number of months back, but I have done a search and cannot locate it. I even checked their archives from past newsletters, but the comments about it could be buried in another article. New Beginnings Nutritionals has some newsletters too so it may have come from there.

Just to clarify, you mean pyridoxine HCL is a better form of Vit B6 for oxylates (than P-6-P)
      Thanks

        Dr. Hartman,
        Yes, that is my understanding.
