I am starting my daughter on this as suggested by Oats test and Dr.
I have read best given with B2.
At 9 Am she takes Pro bio , 1-30 mg zinc citrate, 500 mg L-glutamine and vitamin C. Will it work with these?
I give her extra 100mg of B2 at 2 by itself. I could move it to 9 as well if this is a good time.
The allergy specialist said he wants her to work up to 3 100 mg pills Ubiquinol a day. Is there anything this should not be given with?
It is the ubiquinol from NB.
