Has any one had any experience with non-verbal patients and taurine supplementation and testing GABA levels?

I have not seen Taurine or GABA initiate language, but I have seen GABA specifically helped with language development. I wouldn’t say it works consistently with this. Most of time I use GABA is to help with sleep and decrease stress and anxiety. I have done neurotransmitter testing before, but mostly anymore use the OAT with the understanding that any neurotransmitter test is not specifically analyzing brain levels, but instead systemic levels of various neurotransmitters.Dr. Woeller
