Scheduling Consulation time

I would like to go over my lab tests and schedule a time with you to go over them in order to make sure I am on the correct path of interpretation. I have 5 patients and I will review them and create a plan and wondered if we could go over them “to be sure” I’m correct on my plan for these patients?
If you prefer I send you the results first can I add them as attachments here and still be in HIPPA compliance? My patients have signed release forms for consultation already.Thank you,
