      You mentioned niacinamide 500mg as a treatment for elevated quinolinic acid. How about NADH? The suppliment range for this is about 5mg so does that compare to 500mg of niacinamide? My daughter is on NADH for help with her TCA cycle and it has helped (her fumerate and pyruvic lowered significantly she she started it) but I’m wondering if niacinamide would work for this or if NADH crossed over to help with quinolinic.

        Dr. Hartman,
        It might. I really don’t know. I tried looking up the biochemistry and cannot find any reported.
