      Hi Dr Woeller,
May I have your opinion regarding the OAT of a 13 year old with ASD, with tics, frequent boils. On a GFCF diet, on therapies. He is on Biocidin. Nystatin alternating with Diflucan for a month now. He’s on multivitamins with Activated Bs, probiotics, L-carnitine, digestive enzymes and NAC. Any suggestions on what our next step should be since he still has tics, no improvement in language, frequent boils.

      Citramalic 2.1 high
      Furan-2,5-dicarboxylic 15 high
      Arabinose 29 High
      DHPPA 0.25 high
      Oxalic 123 high
      Lactic 28 high

      Malic 0.95 high
      2-oxaglutaric 18 high
      3-hydroxyglutaric 5.1 high

CSAP showed 4* Alpha hemolytic strep and 3+ e coli

      Thank you!

        Tippy,
        Sorry I missed this message.

Make sure to do the MycoTOX Profile from GPL. There is likely a mycotoxin problem occurring. Both Nystatin and Diflucan are going to have minimal affect on mold, e.g., Aspergillus.

Are you implementing a low oxalate program?

        Dr. Woeller
