      How would this supplement compare to straight phosphatidly suppliments. There are so many from straight phosphatidyl choline to serine and lysine and then mixed products with multiple phospholipids.

        Dr. Hartman,
        We are getting into an area I am not exactly sure myself – if it is even known. There is no doubt that essential fatty acids and vitamin E can prevent PLA2. I am not entirely sure of these other supplements compared to CDP.
