      Hi Dr Woeller,

I have been conducting some research on neural inflammation and found some positive information regarding the use of CBD and CBDV. It sounds like these can be useful for seizures, self injurious behavior and aggression due to the anti inflammatory properties. Have you used these supplements in your practice and if so can you share some feedback and how you would determine dosages?

      Thanks,
      Peter

        Dr. Rothermel,
I have, but not a lot. There’s a CBD supplement called Zill’s CBD – https://www.nbnus.net/products/613-zilis-ultracell-full-spectrum-hemp-oil-berry-30-ml/ that can be helpful. But, I have not found CBD to be fabulous over other things. However, I will admit that CBD is not something I have done a deep dive into either for autism. Part of the problem is cost along with other products too.

        Sincerely,
        Dr. Woeller
