    Please share your thoughts:

I have been using ANRC Essentials
    http://www.autismnrc.org/anrc-essentials
with my two sons on the spectrum (8 and 11). This formula is produced by James Adams at Arizona State University.

As a psychiatrist interested in nutritional psychiatry for ASD and other serious mental health problems, I’ve been following the work of Bonnie Kaplan, Julia Rucklidge, Felice Jacka, Charles Popper, etc.

    They have used EMPowerplus
    http://www.truehope.com/
in some studies, and Daily Essential Nutrients
    http://www.hardynutritionals.com/
in more recent studies. These formulas were both produced by Dan Hardy, who left True Hope to pursue a different direction with his own company.

Does anyone have experience with any of these formulations they are willing to share?

Does anyone use an alternative broad spectrum micronutrient formulation they can recommend?

I’ve been putting together a side by side comparison of the ingredients. Any comments of the ingredients of these formulations, or the use of broad spectrum formulations in general?

    Thanks,

    Darryl

The remedies look good, but I don’t personally have any experience. I use to use Syndion from Jim Adams which I liked a lot. It was similar to some of the Brainchild Nutritional supplements. Unfortunately, they discontinued making the Syndion.
