For sleep I would give the GABA at night before bed, but for generalized anxiety it is definitely best during the day – morning, afternoon, and/or early evening. Same with the L-theanine.
Oxytocin – I give during the day too starting in the morning. If using the nasal spray it can be used prior to a known stressful situation. Even 15 to 20 minutes prior seems to work well as it is quickly absorbed. If using the oral tablet I give twice daily starting in the morning as the absorption is slower.
