You mentioned VSL#3 for oxalates, but it also has a Strep bacteria. Are probiotics with Strep contraindicated in kids with PANDAS/PANS?

Scott,
Definitely in PANDAS. With PANS…probably not unless there is a known trigger from strep thermophilus. With PANDAS it is best to use another high dose probiotic such as ProBio Premium from New Beginnings Nutritionals.
