The gold standard is Methyl-B12 from Hopewell Pharmacy (USA) for its overall clinical effectiveness beyond just methylation support. However, this is not available to everyone, and other forms of methyl-B12 are good to use for general methylation support. The major difference between the different forms of methyl-B12 is absorption and orally is typically the lowest in absorption capacity. However, I do like liposomal methyl-B12 from Quicksilver Scientific (QS) – https://www.quicksilverscientific.com/products/methyl-b-13?_pos=3&_psq=methyl&_ss=e&_v=1.0. The dosing is not going to be as exact compared to the injection form, but for a child at 30 pounds I would us 1000mcg and for the QS product that’s 2 puumps daily.
Sincerely,
