Christina,
Maybe. It all depends on the individual, but generally injection Methyl-B12 is better or at least nasal Methyl-B12. There is a liposomal B12 from QuickSilver Scientific that has some promise and a Methyl-B12 lollipop which has been around for a while that works fairly well. This is what I send to people in my practice:
Methyl-Mate:
This product is available from New Beginnings Nutritionals β https://nbnus.com.
Methyl-Mate (liquid methylcobalamin) β this bottle can be converted into a nasal. When ordering, request that New Beginnings send a nasal applicator. The nasal applicator will replace the dropper cap. Once the nasal applicator is in place, the bottle of Methyl-Mate becomes a nasal spray. Each spray is equivalent to 500 mcg of Methyl-B12. I suggest using 1 to 2 sprays each nostril daily or 1 to 2 sprays each nostril twice daily.
Revita-POP:
This is a lollipop of Methyl-B12 and works quite well. The idea is to use one lollipop daily, but up to two can be given in a day as well. Of course, less can be given if the desired results are seen such as one lollipop every other day or every 3rd day.

Liposomal Methyl-B12:
This product comes from Quicksilver Scientific (QS) and is an absorbable form of methyl-B12, similar to the Revita-POP. Itβs 1000mcg per 2 pumps. I would suggest 4 pumps daily in the mouth.
Liposomal Methyl-B12 – https://www.quicksilverlife.com/store/methyl-b-12. They have the wrong picture description of the product on the website (at least they did the last time I checked). I suggest getting the Liposomal Methyl-B12 and not the Methyl-B Complex. The Liposomal Methyl-B12 can also be obtained online through other distributors.
