      Have you ever used nasal probiotics for staph? What do you like for antimicrobials for the sinuses?

        I have used berberine 500mg capsule in a neti pot with good success.

          Scott,
          I have not.

          I have used neti pot solutions, i.e. dissolved sea salt with purified water, and then add some goldenseal tincture (30 to 45 drops). The tincture can be added to the hot water prior to evaporate the alcohol, and then the solution is allowed to cool before use.
