What happened with this case?
Oxalates could shoot up if you happened to be doing an OAT redo at a time that the child’s body was dumping oxalate. Most of the time though its linked to some food consumption.
Typically, an escalating #42 or #43 is going to be solely linked to CLO. These two markers can be associated with poor blood sugar problems linked to diabetes (doubtful in a 3 year old) or more commonly malabsorption from the digestive system.
I did notice a mold marker on page #1 of the newer OAT. This is linked to Aspergillus mold which could produce oxalate and may elevated the fatty acid metabolites.
