Dr. Woeller,
I am trying to understand the cholesterol.
On test
Caseys HDL is 123
LDL 113
20 % of Triglycerides of 52 gives her total cholesterol of 188Please correct me if I am wrong.
My question is they say HDL is better if its higher. Also, LDL better if under 100. This is the bad correct. Which in her case she could only be getting from frying hamburger etc…because I only use ghee and coconut oil sometime. Is it best to bake hamburger etc…? Or would you even worry about these numbers?
