what testis do you run for all the herpes titters and does it include the small pox vaccination strain?

I have never seen this before on a herpes virus panel. What is typically run is:-Herpes I and II – IgG, IgM
-Epstein-Barr – IgG, IgM
-Cytomegalovirus – IgG, IgM
-Human Herpes Virus 6 – IgG,IgM
-Varicella – IgG, IgMDr. Woeller

Do you know the herpes strain that identifies the smallpox vaccination?
