Research on lectin and phytates

do you support the work/research of Weston A. Price/ Sally Fallon with the phytates and Dr. Solomon Grundy with the lectins?

My first introduction into nutritional medicine over 20 years ago was through the Weston Price foundation and the work of Sally Fallon. I wouldn’t say that I am a devotee of their ongoing work, but I have an appreciation for what they do.

Yes, I can see where you are coming from. I actually sat next to her in the front row at one of WP conferences in 2010. She was a teacher of mine in 2002 as well.

What I found so interesting about the conference in 2010 is that they had a dairy free section to their lunch buffet, and the line for it was around the corner. It was by far the most popular food spread in the event.

do you recommend a phytate or lectin free diet or have seen one or the other make a difference for people with autism or people in general?
