Metals Test

On April of last year, I had my family tested for metals out of curiosity. We tested high in some metals. I did a series of the ionic foot cleanse by AMD. My young daughter did the cleanse only twice in my office but mostly took zeolite powder in her smoothies for it on a regular basis. We retested 4 months later, except instead of doing the hair test, we did the urine. My daughter and I tested completely normal within the reference range for all metals. Is this too good to be true or should we have retested using the hair test again? Thanks !
Also, quick question about the course: Will we still have to the recordings for review after the end of the course?
