I hear Dr Greenblatt talking about lithium all the time but he’s pretty much the only one talking about it so frequently. What’s you experience with it ? Should we only care if we see it low on the hair test??

I like Lithium, but my tendency is to use it when the hair lithium is low (most of the time). That may be a bit conservative so I am willing to use it low dose in people I am highly suspicious of being low at the cellular level too without testing. I have done this a few times and will give it as a 6 to 8 week trial.Dr. Woeller
