Hi Dr Woeller,
Have you heard high doses of leucoverine give rise to cancer?
Are there any side effects from high doses of leuciverin?

I have not heard or seen any information on that with regards to Cancer. Do you know of something?Most of what I see with Leucovorin in autistic individuals is hyperactivity. But, this is common for many supplements that either support or indirectly support methylation. The effects are not permanent though and usually subside within a few weeks.
