indications for medications, botanicals or simply high dose probiotics

I would like to know if the following requires Flagil, Nystatin or both. Or alternatively whether or not a high dose probiotic or even biociden would be adequate.

From the GP Organic Acid test:

1. Arabinose at a value of 25
2. Hippuric at a value OF 404

For an arabinose value of 25 I’d first start with L Rhamnosus, 50B CFU/daily, and add one spore former away from the L Rhamnosus (just to be safe). Bacillus coagulins is fine.

After a certain period of time I’d add a bifido bacteria probiotic daily. You are likely not dealing with a crisis here.

You could see rather rapid results with just this, and if the patient continues with a protocol like this they could keep Yeast and other pathogens in check for a long time.

Typically a probiotic and Biocidin, or some other combination botanical, would be enough. However, what is the condition of this patient. I like to know what’s happening with a person in addition to the test values.
