      dr Woeller,
      If candida feeds of Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn. Could it be a bad idea to supplement with these when there is a known candida problem?

        Asa,
        We cannot starve our body to kill yeast. There are a lot of important biochemical reactions, including the immune system that are dependent on these minerals too. If there is a deficiency I am replacing it with one of these minerals.
