    Hi Dr. Woeller,
Just got CSA results on a 5 year old with autism. He has low Secretory IgA; and
has dysbiotic flora notable for 4+ citrobacter freundii complex, sensitive to cipro, as well as:
    caprylic acid, uva ursi, GSE.

The report also indicates 1+ presence of candida parapsilosis as normal flora.

I was wondering what herbal regimen would you use to zap out the Citrobacter? and for how long? Would you consider Biocidin, which has GSE?
    Thanks so much.

If I take the herbal path,

      Shiva,
GSE or Biocidin should work. Cipro would be overkill and likely just lead to candida. Citrobacter is a commensal bacteria so its not likely going to disappear completely. I would use the botanicals for 4 weeks.

      Dr. Woeller
