    Can you explain more about this? I still don’t quite understand it how this happens and what the end result is.

      Michael,
      Arabinose from yeast interacts with the amino acid Lysine. Then the Lysine-Arabinose complex interacts with L-Arginine to form Pentosidine. High Pentosidine has been linked to various autoimmune reactions, damaging myelin in the brain and various other proteins. Pentosidine is in the same group as Hemoglobin A1C.
