How do you dose Interface Plus for biofilm treatment? Based on age/size is what the label says, what are your recommendations?

I dose things based on my impression of the individual, i.e. how sensitive they are to supplements, past issues with die-off. With that said, I tend to be conservative in the beginning with kids and so 1/2 to 1 capsule 30 minutes before dosing of antimicrobial remedies has worked quite well. I will start with one dose per day for the first week and then consider adding a second dose timed to either lunch or dinner. After another week I may add a third dose too. In lecture #5 towards the end of the presentation I go through this. Also, if you look through the pdf of the presentation slides the information is there as well.Sincerely,
