Food Allergy Testing

Hello Dr Woeller.
I’m wondering about different food allergy testing choices If getting a blood draw lab is not an issue for my child. Would you recommend sticking with the great plains blood spot tests or would you recommend going with a blood draw type such as Genova? Have you noticed a difference btw a blood draw vs blood spot food allergy test?

Apologies for the late reply. System wasn’t sending notifications of posts.I have not noticed a difference between blood draw or blood spot. Either are fine and I know Great Plains gives accurate information. I don’t use Genova so I cannot speak to their test.
